Key Responsibilities

• Manage the secure and efficient handling of vehicle keys within the Meet & Greet operation.
• Control the movement of customer vehicle keys and oversee vehicle storage and parking allocation through the ParkIt system.
• Ensure smooth operational flow while maximizing parking capacity and minimizing customer wait times.
• Collaborate closely with operational teams to monitor performance, address operational changes, resolve issues, and identify improvements for efficiency and service quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a full driving licence.
• Exhibit resilience and precision when working under pressure.
• Have experience working effectively within a team environment.
• Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
• Be adaptable and accountable in response to change.
• Possess competent IT skills, including familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in continuous improvement processes is valued.
• Display logical thinking and methodical work habits.
