About the role
Desigual is hiring a Key Holder for its Raffles City store in Singapore. The brand is known for creativity, individuality, and innovation, and this position supports the store in delivering strong sales performance, excellent customer service, and consistent execution of operational standards.
The role works closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to help run the point of sale, maintain the brand image, manage stock presentation, and follow company procedures and store guidelines.
Key responsibilities
About 70% of the role focuses on customer-facing and merchandising activities, while the remaining 30% covers store leadership and operational support.
- Deliver customer service in line with Desigual standards to improve customer satisfaction and support sales.
- Drive sales and encourage repeat business through strong customer engagement.
- Handle product preparation and presentation tasks such as tagging, folding, and ironing.
- Manage customer requests including alterations, returns, reservations, and orders.
- Keep merchandise replenished and correctly placed on the shop floor.
- Take part in store inventory activities.
- Support team coordination when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is absent, including schedules, time-off planning, workforce coordination, and resolving workplace issues.
- Assist with store opening and closing, as well as upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of the premises.
- Help monitor loss prevention and security matters together with central support teams.
- Oversee POS-related processes such as price changes, cash rebates, incidents, and checkout oversight.
- Track team KPIs, provide information and training, and support action plans to meet store objectives.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Key Holder or supervisor, or 2 years as a full-time Sales Assistant.
- Experience should be from a store with a similar sales volume and size to the vacancy location.
- Completed Bachillerato or technical/vocational training.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Spanish language ability is an added advantage.
- Basic IT skills at user level.
