Job description

Role Overview

H3C is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to own and grow major customer relationships and drive business opportunities from key accounts. The role focuses on expanding strategic projects, meeting quarterly revenue goals, and coordinating closely with pre-sales and post-sales teams to support high-value deals.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of assigned key accounts and uncover new project opportunities within them.
  • Deliver quarterly revenue targets consistently.
  • Work with pre-sales and post-sales teams on priority projects.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain regular engagement.
  • Explain products to customers and represent the business at trade shows and demonstrations.
  • Identify and develop leads that can convert into future sales.
  • Maintain accurate sales tracking and reporting.
  • Facilitate project review discussions with internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional team members.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a relevant field.
  • Background in end-user interaction and proven connections with key customers.
  • Industry knowledge in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Telco/ISP, FSI, manufacturing, private education and healthcare, energy and transportation, hotel and hospitality, property development, retail, or China enterprise and MNC.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and communication ability.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
