Job description
Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager in the Airconomy sector, you will cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both national and international clients. You will be the primary contact for all inquiries concerning Airconomy, develop and implement strategic solutions tailored to major customers, and actively participate in acquiring new clients while representing the company at trade fairs and events.
Primary Responsibilities
- Establishing and nurturing customer relationships at home and abroad.
- Serving as the main point of contact for Airconomy-related questions.
- Devising and executing strategies and solutions for key accounts.
- Securing new clientele and representing the firm at industry exhibitions and events.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to guarantee high customer satisfaction.
- Conducting market research and identifying trends and strategies in supply and climate engineering.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply technology focusing on climate technology, or alternatively, completed training as a heating/ventilation technician.
- Minimum of three years of experience in customer service or client management.
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD and strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Confident demeanor with strong negotiation skills, and a friendly, service-oriented attitude benefiting customers and team members alike.
- Ability to work independently, organized, and take responsibility for tasks.
- Possess teamwork skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
