Role summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in the UAE with regional travel. The Key Account Manager will own relationships with important customers, shape account strategies, and work to improve satisfaction and retention. The role also involves evaluating account results, creating client-specific solutions, and coordinating activity across all customer touchpoints. Close collaboration with internal teams is essential to keep initiatives aligned and deliver shared business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in account management, especially handling strategic or high-value accounts
  • Ability to use analytical thinking and business planning to build and execute tailored client strategies
  • Strong customer service orientation with the capacity to develop durable client relationships
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Exposure to the energy sector or supply chain management would be an advantage
