About the Role

This position goes beyond routine selling. You will act as a key connector between the store and important wholesale partners, including distributors, large dealers, and FMCG exporters. The job calls for someone who can manage accounts strategically and contribute to business expansion in the region.

Responsibilities

• Expand revenue by improving primary and secondary sales performance and meeting business targets.
• Find, approach, and bring on board new high-potential wholesale partners.
• Act as a reliable point of contact and advisory partner for senior stakeholders at key accounts.
• Review account performance and handle commercial discussions and negotiations.

Qualifications

• A proactive, results-driven approach with a strong appetite for business development.
• Background in B2B sales or channel sales.
• Comfort working with local market dynamics in Uttar Pradesh.
• Ability to work with data, CRM systems, and target-driven sales processes.

Compensation
