About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our growing team in Dammam. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding business opportunities within Petrochemical, Oil and Gas for our industrial maintenance, electric motor workshop services, turnaround Services (TA), and electrical motor repair services. This role requires a commercially driven professional with strong relationship management skills and technical exposure to industrial maintenance services, electrical systems, motors, and field service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer business objectives and operational requirements.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to identify business opportunities and maintain strong engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling services.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and sustainable business growth.
  • Generate new business opportunities within existing customer portfolios.
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive engagement and solution-based selling.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, pricing strategies, and service agreements.
  • Lead negotiations with customers to secure profitable contracts and long-term service agreements.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with customer commitments.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Workshop, Field Service, and Finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate customer requirements and service delivery to achieve operational excellence.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally and support continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Identify emerging opportunities within the industrial maintenance, energy, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Provide regular market feedback and customer insights to management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, Technical Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
  • Hands-on experience within Industrial Maintenance, Turnaround (TA), Electrical Services, Motor Repair, Workshop Services, or Field Service Operations.
  • Experience working with industrial clients in manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, energy, or heavy industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing strategic customer accounts.
