About Us
TWB Tief- und Wasserbau GmbH is a family-run company based in Boblitz, Brandenburg, with 60 years of history in civil and water engineering. We are an experienced, versatile, and agile company with approximately 160 qualified employees and apprentices, supported by an extensive machinery fleet, enabling us to respond flexibly and promptly to construction projects across a wide area.
Our expertise covers a service portfolio ranging from sewer and pipeline construction, earthworks, dike and water construction, to plant engineering, complex civil engineering, and specialized deep foundations such as microtunneling. We also undertake projects in mining remediation and renewable energy infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Independently calculate engineering and civil construction projects.
- Prepare calculations, review tender documents, and identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop documentation for calculation discussions and coordinate with project and construction management.
- Prepare alternative proposals.
- Assist in contract negotiations.
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of internal processes and calculation workflows.
Qualifications
- Completed studies in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Alternatively, equivalent qualifications through extensive professional experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with calculation software.
- Independent, focused, and analytical work style.
- Strong technical understanding, with a preference for teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration.
