Role Overview

We seek a Customer Care Agent who will support our customers primarily in the Americas time zones. This role offers the opportunity to engage in meaningful work supporting international clients with their health insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver courteous, clear, and professional assistance via email and chat channels.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding products, claims, payments, and account management efficiently.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, policy modifications, and data updates.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialists when required.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure timely, precise responses.
  • Participate in enhancing support workflows and content within the knowledge base.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Residency within any Schengen Area country is mandatory.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM Berlin time.
  • Must be able to commence work by September 1, 2026, at the latest.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer care or support roles.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Demonstrate a naturally helpful, empathetic, and patient demeanor paired with strong communication abilities.
  • Enjoy assisting customers in resolving issues calmly and effectively.
  • Skilled at discerning customer needs and pursuing optimal solutions.
  • Comfortable and experienced in remote work environments.
