About the Role
Havas Health is seeking a creative Junior to Midweight Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on developing impactful creative assets for leading healthcare and pharmaceutical brands across various platforms including digital, social media, presentations, print, video, and events. The ideal candidate is a visual thinker with a keen eye for layout, typography, and storytelling, aiming to create work that is both aesthetically pleasing and purposeful in educating, engaging, and inspiring healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders.
The Role
In this collaborative position, you will work closely with the creative team to translate strategic and creative concepts into tangible assets. You will partner with Creative, Medical Writers, and Client Services teams to produce engaging, on-brand campaign materials designed for maximum impact. Your involvement will span from initial concept development and brainstorming to the final preparation of production-ready artwork for both digital and print media. This is a hands-on role where your innovative ideas, design skills, and inquisitiveness will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop visual strategies for healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing campaigns.
- Design compelling creative assets for digital platforms, social media, presentations, print materials, video content, and event collateral.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Creative, Medical Writers, and Client Services.
- Interpret project briefs, actively contributing ideas during creative conception and brainstorming sessions.
- Ensure all designed campaign assets adhere strictly to brand guidelines.
- Prepare final artwork and assets for production, catering to both digital and print requirements.
- Articulate and present design rationale and creative thinking to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of current design trends, new technologies, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Possess 2-4 years of professional design experience, preferably within a design agency, advertising agency, or an in-house creative department.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative flair, excellent layout skills, typography expertise, and compelling visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Experience in creating assets suitable for both print and digital media.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows is advantageous.
- Prior experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated industries is a plus but not mandatory.
