About the company
The organization focuses on helping public-sector, commercial, and other critical environments adopt AI responsibly. Its work emphasizes secure and dependable AI solutions that deliver measurable results, while also supporting workforce transformation. The culture is built around integrity, openness, customer focus, learning, and teamwork, with partnerships aimed at creating practical AI-enabled outcomes.
About the role
This position is for a Microsoft Business Analyst at junior to mid level. The role centers on understanding, documenting, and improving business processes in Microsoft-based environments. You will work with stakeholders to gather needs, confirm requirements, and turn them into practical technical deliverables. A key part of the job is supporting Microsoft 365 and Office 365 workflows, collaboration tools, and analysis activities while acting as a link between business users and technical teams. It is a strong opportunity to build experience in business analysis, process improvement, and Microsoft toolsets.
Qualifications
The role calls for a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Public Policy, Computer Science, or a similar discipline. Candidates should bring 3 to 6 years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, or a comparable function. Hands-on experience with gathering, documenting, and checking business and functional requirements is important, along with strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical audiences. The position also requires solid analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, documentation skills, familiarity with Microsoft-centric environments and Microsoft 365 tools, and comfort with data analysis and reporting using Microsoft-based solutions.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will collect, document, and confirm business and functional requirements from stakeholders so that expectations are clear and aligned. You will help improve Microsoft 365 and Office 365 workflows and collaboration tools to make business operations more effective. The work also includes reviewing existing processes, identifying improvements, and partnering with teams to design better future-state workflows. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements for technical delivery, assist with data analysis and reporting using Power BI and related Microsoft tools, and keep requirements documents, process diagrams, and meeting notes organized within Microsoft collaboration platforms. In addition, you will support testing, validation, and user acceptance efforts, and contribute to automation and optimization initiatives.
Benefits
The position includes a competitive benefits package with medical, dental, and vision coverage. Employees also receive paid time off, sick leave, and recognized holidays. Remote work may be available after 90 days, and the role offers flexibility in work arrangements. There are also opportunities for professional growth, including certification support, and exposure to innovative projects centered on responsible AI adoption.
Equal opportunity
The company and its clients maintain an inclusive hiring approach and consider all qualified candidates without discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or other protected status. The workplace is intended to support diversity, equity, and inclusion, and applicants from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
