About the Role

We are a boutique creative agency located in Cremorne, Melbourne, seeking a motivated Account Manager to oversee projects primarily within the Lifestyle, Travel, FMCG, and Fashion sectors. This position requires a highly organized and energetic individual ready to take ownership of client accounts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing campaign cycles efficiently with strong project management expertise.
• Coordinate and liaise with interstate stakeholders as travel is an integral part of the role.
• Support creative production processes, leveraging any prior understanding or experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Utilize project collaboration tools like Asana, Trello, and Slack to streamline workflow and communications (experience with these tools is preferred but not mandatory).
• Focus primarily on Lifestyle client accounts while having opportunities to expand skill sets across a variety of other brands and sectors.

Candidate Requirements

• Availability to start immediately and engage in current active project briefs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across multiple active campaigns.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to travel interstate as needed.
• Experience or familiarity with production processes and the Creative Suite is advantageous.
