About the Opportunity
BTSE is hiring a careful and highly organized Junior Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to support the Talent Acquisition team. The role is centered on keeping recruitment operations accurate, consistent, and efficient, with close attention to data quality, process compliance, and candidate experience. It is a strong fit for a recent graduate who wants to start a career in HR operations in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clean, complete, and accurate recruitment records across the ATS and related platforms, while preparing important reports.
- Help ensure that hiring workflows are followed correctly, identify any process gaps, and support compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Assist with day-to-day upkeep and basic configuration alignment of the ATS and other recruitment tools to meet team requirements.
- Support initiatives that improve the candidate journey at every stage, from first contact through onboarding.
- Work with different stakeholders to align hiring activity with business goals and workforce planning needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Very strong attention to detail and a careful, methodical approach to work.
- Good organizational ability and the capacity to juggle several tasks at once.
- Comfort using standard office tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong interest in building a career in HR or Talent Acquisition Operations.
