What you will do

Review existing literature and pull out the main takeaways in a clear, concise way.
Help plan and run research studies and experiments.
Gather, clean, and arrange both qualitative and quantitative data.
Keep records, databases, and research files accurate and up to date.
Assist with analysing findings and interpreting results while working under supervision.
Draft summaries, reports, presentations, and other research materials.
Follow ethical standards and research protocols throughout the work.
Work closely with the wider team and help coordinate project-related tasks.

What you need

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant area, or current enrolment in one; suitable fields include Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
A basic grasp of research methods and how data is collected.
Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical thinking, organisation, and problem-solving ability.
Good written and spoken communication skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to juggle several tasks at once.

Nice-to-have skills

Exposure to statistical software such as SPSS, R, or Python.
Understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
Experience with academic writing and referencing styles like APA or MLA.
Familiarity with survey platforms or other data-collection tools.
