Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and quality-focused Junior Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the validation and examination of vehicle inspection reports prepared by our technical experts, ensuring adherence to the company's quality criteria. This position supports operational excellence by analyzing inspection documents, videos, and photographs to guarantee consistent and precise vehicle assessments across various European countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality checks on vehicle inspection reports and related documentation prepared by AUTO1's technical experts and merchants.
• Verify accuracy, consistency, and compliance of inspection reports with internal quality standards.
• Assess video and photographic content to confirm the condition of vehicles.
• Edit and enhance vehicle images following AUTO1 Group's corporate guidelines.
• Support quality assurance operations across multiple European markets including Germany, Spain, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
• Assist with user training programs and provide support for the AUTO1 platform when needed.
• Compile and maintain daily quality and performance reports.
• Detect inconsistencies and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
• Ensure efficient and timely completion of back-office tasks with a strong focus on detail and precision.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of one year experience in back-office operations, document quality control, data verification, or data entry.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
• Exemplary attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high quality standards.
• Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) or Google Workspace.
• Professional attitude, reliability, results-driven mindset, and proactive approach.
