Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design, develop, and perform functional, regression, and integration tests through comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
• Identify, document, and monitor defects until resolution.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and fellow QA team members.
• Contribute to test planning, provide status updates, and validate releases.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and production validation when required.
• Maintain accurate test documentation and ensure compliance with QA standards and processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of software development processes and testing principles.
• Quick adaptability to new technologies and business workflows.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to quality assurance.
