This role is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, takes initiative, and likes keeping many moving parts organized and aligned.
Role overview
As a Junior Project Manager, you will help keep projects moving smoothly by coordinating people, timelines, and tasks across the business. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners on a variety of initiatives, including new store launches, operational rollouts, marketing activities, and other cross-functional projects.
Your contribution will be important in making sure deadlines are met, issues are identified early, and progress continues without unnecessary delays.

- Serve as a communication hub for internal teams and outside partners.
- Track active projects and monitor whether timelines are staying on schedule.
- Create, maintain, and update project documents, reports, and status notes.
- Spot possible blockers early and help drive practical solutions.
- Arrange meetings, track action items, and support stakeholder communication.
- Turn priorities into clear action steps so everyone knows what needs to happen next.
- Develop and improve simple trackers, templates, and tools that make work faster and more organized.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and quality across all project-related tasks.
Requirements
- Very strong organizational ability with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- A hands-on mindset focused on completing work, not only planning it.
- High ownership, dependability, and a strong bias toward execution.
- Prior experience coordinating projects or managing varied operational tasks.
- A structured, detail-focused, and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working across different teams.
- Fluency in German; solid English skills are a strong advantage.
- Confident use of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Nice to have
- Experience in hospitality or gastronomy.
- Exposure to fast-paced operational settings.
- Basic familiarity with project management tools or methods such as Notion, Trello, or Asana.
What you can expect
- The opportunity to join a strong Berlin brand with cult potential.
- A role with real responsibility from the first day.
- Exposure to a broad mix of projects and business topics.
- A team culture that favors action over heavy bureaucracy.
- Room to grow as the company expands.
- Fast learning and deep insight into building a highly profitable, fast-growing business.
- Opportunities to grow alongside the company during its European expansion.
- A company with strong values, great taste, and a clear vision.
- A playful and distinctive culture centered around Korean food.
