Job Location

The current factory is located at Diamond Industrial Park, adjacent to Sachin GIDC, Surat. The future manufacturing facility will be at Maroli, Navsari, conveniently situated just a minute away from Maroli Railway Station.

Role Overview

The Junior Production Engineer is responsible for supporting daily production operations, ensuring alignment with quality standards and timelines. This includes working closely with various departments such as fabrication, machining, assembly, and quality control. The role also involves interpreting mechanical engineering drawings and assisting senior engineers with resolving shop-floor challenges, contributing practical manufacturing knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in production, fabrication, or machine manufacturing is preferred.
• Fresh candidates possessing strong skills in reading and interpreting engineering drawings are also invited to apply.

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficient in understanding and interpreting mechanical engineering and fabrication drawings.
• Capable of performing precise machine marking and layout based on engineering drawings.
• Basic awareness of the fabrication, machining, and mechanical assembly processes.
• Demonstrates eagerness to work on the shop floor and acquire hands-on experience.
