Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Production Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our production team across various events, shoots, and brand activations. This is a hands-on position for an individual who thrives under pressure and is prepared to take full responsibility for events independently when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of events, brand activations, and production shoots.
  • Independently manage and execute events from inception to completion, acting as the primary on-site contact.
  • Support on-the-day logistics, including coordinating with vendors, managing load-in/load-out processes, and overseeing on-site setup.
  • Maintain and manage production schedules, run-of-show documents, and internal calendars.
  • Facilitate communication between vendors, talent, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Handle essential administrative duties such as processing purchase orders, tracking expenses, and procuring necessary supplies.
  • Organize and maintain production-related documentation, including files, shot lists, call sheets, and contact sheets.
  • Contribute to post-event activities such as creating recaps, compiling reports, and collecting assets.

Qualifications

  • Possess 1-2 years of experience in event production, brand marketing, or a similar field.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Canva is required; familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.
  • Must be based in Miami and available for local events and activations.

Schedule & Availability

Standard office hours are from 10 AM to 6 PM, but event-related work frequently necessitates extended hours. Availability on weekends and holidays is essential, as events are not confined to weekdays.
