Role Overview
This position combines government relations support with general office administration. The selected candidate will serve as the primary point of contact with local government bodies while also assisting with the day-to-day functioning of the office.
Government Relations and Administrative Support
- Act as a liaison between the company and relevant local authorities.
- Support routine administrative workflows and office operations.
- Assist with financial and operational reporting tasks as needed.
- Help coordinate documentation and compliance-related follow-ups.
Required Profile
The ideal candidate is a junior-level professional with a strong willingness to learn, solid attention to detail, and the ability to handle both administrative and government-relations tasks.
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma.
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
- Saudi nationality is mandatory, in line with local requirements for PRO/HR positions.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in administration, government relations, customer service, or operational management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of accounting ERPs such as SAP, SAP BO, Odoo, or similar systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Intermediate capability in financial reporting tools.
- Arabic at native level.
- English at upper-intermediate to strong level, sufficient for day-to-day management reporting.
