  • Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) reflecting project specifications for procurement.
  • Technically coordinate with suppliers for confirming equipment selections and assist SAP-related material ordering processes, including material number generation.
  • Prepare and submit design documentation such as material submittals, operation and maintenance manuals, and functional descriptions for client approval, responding promptly to feedback from clients and consultants.

  • Support site execution activities by conducting design surveys, resolving site issues, handling open points, responding to technical queries, and aiding snagging and commissioning efforts.
  • Compile accurate as-built documentation ensuring alignment with engineering standards and procedures.
  • Maintain a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout project execution.

  • Have minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in a mechanical design role, preferably related to conveying or logistics technologies; experience with baggage handling systems (BHS) or cargo handling systems (CHS) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with Revit software (mandatory); experience in AutoCAD 2D/3D and tools like Inventor and Navisworks adds value.
  • Basic SAP knowledge, especially for material number creation, is beneficial.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally and competence in working within an international team environment.
  • Fundamental understanding of mechanical equipment safety standards, such as the Machine Directive or EU norms.
