Overview
We are looking for a driven Junior Market Research Analyst to help power research efforts and turn data into practical recommendations for business decisions. In this role, you will contribute to gathering, studying, and explaining market information to uncover patterns, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Collect market intelligence and compile information from multiple sources.
- Study market movements, customer responses, and competitor actions.
- Build reports, slide decks, and concise research summaries.
- Support survey creation and collect feedback from customers.
- Keep research records, databases, and supporting documentation organized and current.
- Work with marketing and business teams to support planning and strategic work.
- Track changes in the industry and share useful, actionable observations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s qualification in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Any prior exposure to market research, analytics, or a comparable role is an advantage.
- Good analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, Excel, and data analysis software.
- Strong verbal and written communication, including presentation skills.
- Ability to handle several tasks at once and stay on schedule.
- Careful attention to detail and solid research skills.
