Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and imaginative Junior Social Media Manager to join our Brand Management and Social Media Team. This role emphasizes hands-on creativity and the execution of innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media planning for all shows and channels, scheduling posts and ensuring effective content distribution.
• Confidently utilize the international social media platform SprinklR to maintain and update online presence professionally.
• Collaborate with the Senior Social Media Manager to contribute actively to strategic planning and design innovative social media concepts.
• Oversee community management by analyzing audience sentiments to enhance interaction.
• Prepare comprehensive reports by evaluating relevant metrics and deriving insights to refine social media strategies.
• Work closely with Brand Managers, international licensors, theaters, and internal teams to uphold consistent and successful communication.

Candidate Profile

• Open to candidates with varied educational backgrounds; practical knowledge is paramount.
• Preferably some prior experience in social media planning and familiarity with Sprinklr is advantageous.
• Proficient in English, comfortable working in an international environment.
• Quick learner with enthusiasm to bring fresh ideas and inspire colleagues through creativity.
• Process-driven, solution-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working independently or within a team.
