(Junior) IT-Support Specialist Lifecycle Management

Role overview

In this position, you will join the lifecycle management team and gain hands-on experience in practical IT support. The work centers on IT assets and devices, with a focus on keeping processes organized and running smoothly across the full device lifecycle.

What you will do

• Support the management of IT assets and endpoint devices throughout their lifecycle
• Assist with device rollout, collection, preparation, and related documentation
• Help the team with operational and administrative tasks
• Contribute to smooth and reliable day-to-day workflows
