Key Responsibilities

  • Produce interior drawings using Revit and AutoCAD for construction documentation.
  • Support designers with finish selections and product research.
  • Create presentation materials such as finish boards and drawings.
  • Develop finish boxes and furniture guides for projects.
  • Prepare client presentations, construction documents, project manuals, and handle redline feedback.
  • Coordinate efforts with architects, engineers, environmental teams, builders, and consultants.
  • Communicate with manufacturer representatives and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain and organize the sample library continuously.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.

Expectations

  • Achieve proficiency in Revit software.
  • Work toward attaining Interior Designer status.
  • Adhere to deadlines punctually.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team member.
  • Be prepared for occasional travel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
  • Between zero to three years of commercial interior design experience.
  • Valid driver's license (G class) to handle rental vehicles.
  • Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, Lumion, and InDesign preferred.
  • Intern status with ARIDO or comparable certification considered an asset.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Competency with Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, Lumion.
  • Experience using SketchUp, CET, InDesign, ProCore, and Bluebeam.
  • Understanding of interior finishes, furniture, regulatory codes, and construction processes.
  • Awareness of retail branded environments, digital marketing, and environmental graphics.
  • Strong grasp of space planning, material selection, and color theory.
