Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Junior Influencer Manager will be tasked with discovering and integrating influencers into our network, overseeing the execution of influencer campaigns, nurturing connections with content creators, and monitoring the effectiveness of these campaigns. Key duties also involve conceptualizing content themes, collaborating with internal departments, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging industry trends.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in managing influencer relationships, facilitating content collaborations, and executing marketing campaigns. Essential skills include strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. The role requires the capacity to analyze campaign performance data and derive practical insights. A solid understanding of current TikTok trends and a genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing are necessary. Excellent organizational skills are needed to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is required. Prior experience in influencer marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
