The Operational Excellence team is hiring a Junior Incident Manager to strengthen the stability, reliability, and ongoing improvement of end-to-end business operations. In this role, you will help detect, manage, and resolve operational incidents while supporting scalable and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and help resolve operational incidents across core business functions such as Supply Chain, Customer Care, IT Systems, and Logistics.
  • Track process disruptions, spot emerging issues, and escalate them when appropriate.
  • Run disciplined incident management routines with clear communication, accurate documentation, and structured post-incident reviews.
  • Keep incident trackers, root-cause records, and post-mortem notes up to date to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the design and refinement of incident response workflows, SLAs, and escalation routes.
  • Support the rollout of preventive actions and improved SOPs to minimize repeat operational problems.
  • Serve as a dependable coordination hub during incidents, making sure stakeholders stay aligned and informed.

Profile and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, or incident/support functions.
  • Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets and familiar with project management tools such as Notion, Asana, or Monday.com; ERP system knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong capabilities in analysis, coordination, communication, and project management.
  • Hands-on mindset with the willingness to learn quickly, take initiative, and contribute to business progress.
