Job description

Role overview

MS-Group Limited is expanding its in-house design capability and is hiring a creative Graphic Designer / Project Manager. The role focuses on producing artwork for manufacture, print, vinyl graphics, and digital output. The chosen candidate will also be responsible for estimating and pricing projects and guiding each job through to completion.

What you will do

You will work on a mix of creative and project coordination tasks, including the development of logos, corporate literature, and technically detailed three-dimensional vehicle liveries. The position requires confidence in presenting ideas, developing concepts, and finalising work with a range of clients.

Creative responsibilities

  • Design layouts and visual concepts for a variety of outputs.
  • Develop brand identities and ensure consistent implementation.
  • Measure vehicles and prepare technical drawings for production.
  • Prepare print-ready files from design artwork.
  • Update social media content where needed.
  • Carry out website updates.
  • Support photography tasks as part of the creative workflow.

Project management responsibilities

  • Contribute to estimating and quoting work as part of a team.
  • Communicate directly with clients in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Follow internal procedures for job file creation, processing, and payment handling.
  • Track projects from the brief stage through to completion.

Working pattern and benefits

This is a full-time, office-based position requiring 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Annual leave is 28 days per year, bank holidays included. Holiday entitlement increases after two years of service. The company also offers support for relevant training and industry qualifications, opportunities for career progression, a friendly and professional workplace, regular social events, and access to a benefits platform with a wide range of discounts, including a cycle-to-work scheme.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant should be able to combine strong creative thinking with practical production knowledge, work accurately under pressure, and manage deadlines effectively. You should be comfortable working from brand guidelines and client-supplied materials while still producing fresh, relevant creative output.

Application requirements

Applicants should submit a CV along with a concise, creative portfolio that presents a range of their strongest work.
