Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Front-End Developer ready to join our remote-first team. This role involves collaborating with experienced professionals to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications and interfaces that are responsive, accessible, and visually compelling, while fostering your growth as a developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop mobile-friendly, responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Contribute to building reusable UI components and interactive interfaces.
• Translate UI/UX designs into efficient and adaptable web applications.
• Ensure optimal website performance, speed, and usability.
• Test cross-browser and device compatibility.
• Debug and resolve front-end issues and improve performance.
• Maintain and enhance current web applications with new features.
• Engage in routine code updates and maintenance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers in Agile processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Create clean, documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Keep current with front-end technologies and trends through continuous learning and mentorship.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• 0 to 2 years of front-end or web development experience, including internships or personal projects.
• Strong foundational skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Basic experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular frameworks.
• Familiarity with responsive CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, browser tools, debugging techniques, responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Preferred: experience with TypeScript, state management libraries, Figma, build tools like Vite or Webpack, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, communication skills, ability to work remotely both independently and in a team, and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Working Conditions
