The Role
As a Junior Fleet Care Manager in Munich, you will be responsible for coordinating all processes related to our camper vans. This includes overseeing vehicle preparation, providing guidance to the agents involved in this process, and potentially contributing to agent training. You will also be tasked with inspecting returned camper vans for damage, reporting findings to our Munich headquarters, and initiating necessary repairs. A key aspect of your role will be ensuring our high-quality standards are met, particularly concerning the preparation of our camper vans.
What You Need to Succeed
We are looking for individuals with a completed vocational training, ideally in the automotive rental or tourism sectors. A strong focus on service and customer satisfaction, coupled with a friendly and open demeanor, is essential. You should be a hands-on individual, comfortable with practical tasks, and possess excellent communication skills. The ability to solve problems under pressure and strong organizational skills are also important. Fluency in German and a solid command of English are required, along with a valid Class B driver's license.

Additional Information
The salary band for this position ranges from EUR 33,000 to EUR 36,000 gross annually. We are implementing salary bands to ensure fair treatment for all employees. Your specific salary will be determined during the interview process based on your skills and experience. Your salary will be reviewed at least once a year during your annual feedback discussion.
