Job description
Role Overview
As part of the Hamburg station team at Billbrookdeich 11, 22113 Hamburg, you will help create a smooth and memorable camper rental experience for customers from handover to return. The company is more than Europe’s biggest campervan rental provider; it also operates a platform for discovering and booking special camping spots, alongside its rent, abo, and sales products. The overall mindset is straightforward: rent a vehicle, begin the trip, and enjoy the experience.
Your Contribution
- Welcome customers at pickup and return with a friendly, positive attitude and help make their trip with roadsurfer feel special.
- Personally explain the camper to customers and complete the handover process.
- Support the team by thoroughly cleaning the camper inside and outside.
- Assist the station with everyday tasks so customers can start their holidays with ease and excitement.
What You Need
- A strong hands-on mindset and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Previous experience in customer-facing service is an advantage.
- A valid Category B driving licence.
- Good command of both German and English.

Compensation and Transparency
The annual gross salary range for this role is EUR 30,600 to EUR 32,400. The company reviews pay at least once a year during the annual feedback conversation, and the exact level within the band is determined based on your skills and experience during the hiring process.
