  • Create and update technical development packs including bills of materials, specifications, order forms, and commentary.
  • Manage sample requests and tracking; organize samples for fittings, reviews, photoshoots, and key seasonal deadlines.
  • Evaluate samples for accuracy and relay observations to the product team prior to approvals and fittings.
  • Assist in garment measurements and document fitting notes, preferably with experience or interest in technical design and garment construction.
  • Support communication with international suppliers regarding sample status, development queries, and timeline progress.
  • Collaborate with Design, Technical Design, Production, and Trend teams to ensure timely product execution.
  • Participate in line and trend reviews, fittings, and milestone meetings, recording action items and following up on assignments.
  • Maintain well-organized development libraries, sample archives, and records of seasonal products.

  • Demonstrated or strong interest in technical design, garment construction, and fit is advantageous.
  • Proficient user of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledgeable in garment construction, fabrics, trims, and print development processes.
  • Basic understanding of product development scheduling and apparel production lifecycle.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
