Junior Executive

Role overview

We are looking for a Junior Executive to support cash-in-transit operations in Baroda, Madhya Pradesh. The role focuses on route handling, safety compliance, customer coordination, and accurate cash-related verification work.

Principal accountabilities

• Follow governance requirements, including SOX standards, health and safety rules, and company policies.
• Take responsibility for liabilities associated with the role and route activities.
• Oversee route operations and ensure they are carried out as required.
• Maintain route safety and manage related liabilities carefully.
• Build and preserve strong working relationships with customers and banks.
• Adhere to SWI and SOP guidelines for cash-in-transit operations.
• Report accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management immediately.
• Ensure that all safety devices, including the panic button, cameras, and interlock, are functional and in proper condition.

Knowledge and experience

• Ability to count cash and verify amounts accurately.
• Working knowledge of SWI and SOP procedures.
• Good listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
• Ability to maintain a positive rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with routes and customer locations.

Competencies

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify counterfeit currency notes.
• Proficiency in the local language is required.
