Key responsibilities

• Use data analysis to uncover business challenges and propose practical actions that can improve future performance.
• Develop, refine, and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts for extracting, cleaning, and transforming data used in analysis and reporting.
• Design and update dashboards and reports in BI tools such as Quick BI and Power BI to help guide day-to-day decisions.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work closely with product, operations, and engineering teams to define metrics and support data-driven initiatives.

Requirements

• Hands-on ability to keep data processing pipelines running smoothly.
• Comfort working with large and complex datasets while meeting both functional and non-functional business needs.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel, Python, or similar analytical tools.
• Prior experience with BI or visualization software, along with an understanding of good visualization practices.
• Capability to communicate and work with stakeholders across multiple markets.
