Role Overview
Elavate is hiring a Junior Creative Strategist & UGC Coordinator to support its Growth team. This position sits between external creative agencies and the final ads that go live, while also managing the company’s creator network. It is a split role focused equally on creative quality control and UGC coordination.
Creative Review
- Assess video advertisements made by partner agencies before they are published.
- Make sure the opening hooks are engaging without feeling overly click-driven.
- Review the lead and body sections to confirm they are edited well and follow a logical structure.
- Identify production issues such as caption formatting, incorrect aspect ratios, audio sync problems, and weak pacing.
- Give partners specific, practical feedback that can be acted on quickly.
- Protect and maintain consistent brand presentation across all creative assets.
UGC Coordination
- Identify and contact new user-generated content creators.
- Share briefs and confirm that creators clearly understand what needs to be delivered.
- Arrange and manage shoot schedules.
- Handle day-to-day communication with the creator network.
- Monitor content submissions and follow up on missing or delayed assets.
- Develop strong working relationships with top performers for future collaborations.

- You understand what makes content stop the scroll on Meta and TikTok.
- You are well organised and can manage several creator relationships at once.
- You communicate clearly and professionally, since you will represent Elavate to creators.
- You are proactive and prefer solving issues early rather than waiting for them to grow.
- You have a genuine interest in DTC marketing, UGC, or the wellness category.
Experience and Background
- Previous experience working with UGC creators or influencers is expected.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or paid social advertising is needed.
- Basic knowledge of video editing is useful, even though hands-on editing is not required.
- Experience in health, beauty, or supplement brands is preferred.
