The company operates from hubs in Berlin, London, and Lisbon and consists of around 200 football enthusiasts dedicated to revolutionizing football engagement and accessibility.

We are seeking a (Junior) Content Editor who is passionate about football, digital media, and storytelling to join our Content team focused on the Spanish-speaking audience. This position offers a chance to collaborate with seasoned editors and external partners while shaping how football content is delivered to our diverse user base.

Key Duties

• Oversee and assist content partners in managing content for our platform users.
• Curate, edit, and disseminate top-quality football content including articles, videos, and push notifications.
• Leverage and experiment with Generative AI tools to enhance content creation and improve workflows.
• Contribute expertise in football and editorial processes to develop innovative content tools.
• Determine user preferences and ensure content delivery aligns with audience interests.
• Assist with prompt breaking news coverage, aiming to publish quickly and accurately.
• Utilize performance metrics and analytics to guide editorial strategies and decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks or challenges in content processes and propose proactive enhancements.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in both Spanish and English with exemplary writing and editing skills.
• Holder of a bachelor's degree in journalism, media production, communications, or possessing at least two years of equivalent professional experience.
• Deep understanding of the football landscape and content creator ecosystem in Spain and Latin America.
• Keen football enthusiast with strong knowledge of leagues, teams, players, and emerging trends.
• Skilled in crafting engaging headlines and compelling push notifications.
• Interested in the future of digital content and open to integrating AI and new technologies into the workflow.
• Possesses a positive attitude, openness to learning, and readiness to embrace innovative ideas.
• Comfortable collaborating within an international team environment.
