Role overview
Based in Frankfurt, this junior consulting role is aimed at graduates who want to start their career in banking and asset management. The position begins immediately and is part of an environment focused on digital transformation and regulatory topics.
What you will do
- Work alongside colleagues to advise clients from the banking and asset management sectors on digitization and regulatory matters.
- Join a cross-functional project team as a consultant and contribute to requirement gathering, process analysis, solution design, process and application improvement, and quality assurance activities.
- Build the professional, methodological, and interpersonal capabilities needed for consulting through an intensive onboarding and training program.
What we are looking for
- A completed university degree in economics, mathematics, or a similar field.
- Ideally, some initial practical exposure to banking, asset management, or consulting.
- Strong analytical thinking and a clear interest in financial services.
- Confident use of the MS Office suite.
- Very good German skills at C1 level or above, plus good English skills.
