Day-to-day work
In this associate recruitment role, you will be supported by an experienced team while gaining hands-on exposure across the recruitment process. The work is varied, and no two days are the same.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Handling vacancies through the full recruitment cycle
- Reviewing, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for healthcare roles
