Junior Consultant - Tamheer

Role overview

The Junior Consultant role under the Tamheer program is part of the project delivery team and supports advisory work with clients. The position focuses on generating practical insights, helping execute consulting assignments, and contributing to the creation of internal advisory methods and frameworks.

Consulting and advisory support

• Partner with project teams to help deliver advisory assignments in areas such as HR strategy, organizational culture, corporate strategy, and organizational transformation.
• Support the creation and presentation of high-quality consulting recommendations and solutions that strengthen client outcomes.
• Spot opportunities to improve processes and strategy so client operations become more efficient.
• Work alongside internal consultants and outside specialists to provide customized advisory support to clients.

Internal consulting contribution

• Review internal workflows to identify gaps and help drive initiatives that improve overall efficiency.
• Coordinate with different departments to assist in the execution of strategic internal projects.
• Help develop and maintain proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and thought leadership materials.

Candidate requirements

Applicants must be registered on the Taqat platform and meet all Tamheer program conditions. The opportunity is intended for fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree. Strong English fluency and solid MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, are required.
