As a Junior Consultant in the Business Advisory team, you will contribute to project delivery by completing assigned tasks, supporting the production of strong client outputs, and working closely with colleagues in a team-oriented, client-focused environment. The role calls for someone who can add value to client engagements, collaborate effectively within integrated project teams, and bring fresh ideas that help improve services and outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Manage assigned project tasks under the direction of senior team members and help ensure agreed outputs are delivered.
  • Take responsibility for your own workstreams and day-to-day deliverables.
  • Develop productive working relationships with both internal project colleagues and client stakeholders.
  • Carry out research and analyze data and related information to identify insights that support project decisions and client deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing reports and client presentations.
  • Contribute to project-related and wider business initiatives that support clients and the organization.
  • Provide effective support to other team members when needed.

What you bring

  • Prior business experience, preferably gained in a consulting setting.
  • Exposure to a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Interest in, or familiarity with, new technology adoption, digital transformation, innovation, and/or research and development.
  • Working knowledge of business advisory areas such as supply chain and procurement, asset strategy, investment advisory, capital programmes, sustainability advisory, people and change, and digital.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfort using desktop tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
