Role Overview
The Junior Community Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based at hofficeglobal in Kozhikode. This role is centered around fostering an engaged and welcoming member community by greeting new arrivals, assisting with their onboarding process, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable daily experience within the workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Manage bookings for meeting rooms and event spaces efficiently.
- Assist in organizing community events such as meetups, workshops, and networking sessions.
- Maintain current information regarding services and company policies.
- Gather and relay member feedback for ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational workflows.
- Provide basic support for communications and social media announcements related to the community.
- Support operational tasks as needed.
- Uphold hofficeglobal’s professional standards in all interactions with members.
Candidate Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities to build lasting relationships with a variety of members.
- Proficient verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of Malayalam or Hindi is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to coordinate bookings, scheduling, and event logistics.
- Familiarity and comfort with digital tools and office technologies, including management apps, email, spreadsheet applications, conferencing software, printers, and audiovisual equipment.
- Detail-oriented and dependable in managing member requests, documentation, and day-to-day operations.
- Ability to perform effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment and cooperate within a small, dynamic team.
- Previous experience in community management, hospitality, front office, coworking environments, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not a strict requirement.
- Post-secondary education in business, communications, hospitality, or related fields is desirable; equivalent practical experience is also considered valuable.
