About the Role

Disruptions in these chains can lead to extensive manual verifications, such as spreadsheet audits and email follow-ups. In this fully remote role, you'll collaborate with leadership to chart these failure points by analyzing data flow from project inception to final reporting. This technical responsibility entails examining system logs and configurations rather than preparing high-level strategic presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze system logs to diagnose sync failures between different platforms.
• Trace transaction pathways across multiple software to detect data discrepancies.
• Design routing rules to automate approval workflows based on existing manual procedures.
• Engage with operators to document workarounds and daily activities comprehensively.
• Develop reconciliation reports validating data integrity between new systems and original sources.
• Maintain and update documentation and standard operating procedures for client self-sufficiency post engagement.
• Inspect data backlogs to spot recurring errors or bugs.
• Participate in internal evaluation meetings to review and refine proposed solutions.
