Role Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and precise broking services to clients.
• Drive business expansion by engaging potential clients specifically for the Korean NDF desk.
• Manage sales efforts and nurture relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Properly process client orders via system platforms following company guidelines.
• Calculate dealing prices, maintain detailed records of business transactions systematically.
• Collaborate with front office and back-office teams to address client inquiries efficiently.
• Provide updates to desk members regarding trades from the previous day and any broking challenges encountered.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Managers.

Candidate Requirements

• Possesses a bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• Proficient in both English and Korean languages for effective communication.
• Experience in sales, broking, or trading is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Quick to learn and attentive to detail.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork capabilities and can operate independently.
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
