About the Role
GOLDBERG Entertainment Group AG is looking for a Junior Artist Manager to support artist care, project coordination, and day-to-day management tasks in Cologne. The role is designed as an entry point into artist management and offers close collaboration with experienced colleagues in a creative entertainment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the care and coordination of artists and their ongoing needs.
- Help plan and execute projects for the managed talents.
- Arrange appointments, performances, and public relations activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for artists for everyday questions and support.
- Work closely with senior artist managers to provide effective support.
- Prepare contractual documents, presentations, and reports.
- Research and compile information relevant to artist projects.
- Support planning and execution of marketing and social media initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Contribute to the development of new strategies to promote emerging talent.
- Help implement creative ideas that strengthen the market positioning of artists.
Candidate Profile
- You should have completed a degree or vocational training in media, communications, event management, or a related field.
- Initial experience in artist support, event management, or a similar position is an advantage.
- Interest in the entertainment and media industry, along with an eye for creative talent, is important.
- You need strong organizational abilities, a structured way of working, and good teamwork skills.
- Confident communication and the ability to interact professionally with different personalities are required.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English are necessary.
