Junior Art Director

Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Art Director eager to enhance their skills and actively contribute to creative projects. This position is perfect for a designer with foundational experience who wants to engage with real client campaigns and collaborative environments. You'll partner with Art Directors, writers, and strategists to bring concepts to life across various media channels.

Responsibilities & Growth

• Design creative work across print, digital, social, and video platforms.
• Learn and develop your craft through hands-on involvement and feedback.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure creative visions are executed effectively.
• Manage multiple projects with guidance, maintaining organization and timeliness.

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of professional design experience, preferably including agency work.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and creativity across multiple formats.
• Good grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
• Ability to interpret and implement creative direction into visual solutions.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with AI-driven creative platforms.
• Experience with digital design and comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented, positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Additional Information

• Salary range: $40,000 to $50,000 annually.
• Onsite position based in Buffalo, NY.
