This role involves maintaining cleanliness and preservation across client sites with varied janitorial duties based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all floor surfaces are cleaned thoroughly through methods such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Adhere to safety protocols when using chemical cleaning agents and mechanical equipment to avoid damage.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and entrances.
• Manage waste disposal, including emptying trash and using compactors where applicable.
• Clean glass surfaces including windows, partitions, and mirrors using the right tools and products.
• Perform spot cleaning on carpets and assist with carpet extraction and shampooing.
• Restock paper towels and sanitary supplies as needed.
• Follow established housekeeping schedules diligently.
• Operate heavy cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers as needed.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned per the scope of work and customer needs.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months of experience in janitorial work.
• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of custodial procedures and standards in commercial environments.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing and waxing.
• Experience in industrial cleaning or maintenance of facilities.

Additional Information

• Position is full-time, evening shifts.
• Hourly wage of $17 with weekly payroll.
