What you will do

  • Handle support requests from users and work toward quick, effective issue resolution.
  • Set up, install, and maintain computers, operating systems, and business software.
  • Help manage user accounts, reset passwords, and update access permissions when needed.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and network connections.
  • Keep clear and accurate logs of support cases, fixes, and system changes.
  • Assist with software rollouts, system upgrades, and routine IT maintenance tasks.
  • Work in line with IT policies, security standards, and internal best practices.

What we are looking for

  • Foundational understanding of computer hardware, software, and basic networking concepts.
  • Comfort using Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
  • Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work on your own as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Well-developed organizational habits and attention to detail.
  • Openness to learning new technologies and technical workflows.
  • Although not mandatory, relevant study, certifications, internships, or IT project experience would be an advantage.

What’s on offer

  • A supportive and cooperative workplace.
  • Practical exposure to a range of IT systems and technologies.
  • Training and professional development opportunities.
  • Hands-on experience in technical support and infrastructure operations.
  • Potential for career progression within the IT team.
  • Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
