Role Overview
MacDonnell Regional Council is seeking an IT Support Officer to join its Alice Springs team on a permanent, full-time basis. The starting salary for this position is $90,196 per year.

What You’ll Be Doing
This role is suited to an experienced ICT support professional who enjoys troubleshooting, guiding users, and being the first point of contact for technical assistance.
- Deliver IT support, user training, and records management assistance to staff as needed.
- Identify, assess, and fix problems with desktop hardware and software.
- Explain IT issues and solutions clearly to staff members.
- Track the quality of ICT services and recommend improvements.
- Work collaboratively, adapt quickly, and bring a strong commitment to making a positive difference.
