Job description
Job Purpose
This role is focused on expanding and nurturing customer relationships across the Central Region, with an emphasis on IT and data centre infrastructure offerings. The position involves both account growth and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of important client accounts in Riyadh.
- Build durable, trust-based relationships with customers over the long term.
- Spot opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling within current accounts.
- Source fresh leads and grow the client base.
- Work closely with presales, delivery, and partner teams to support a positive customer experience.
- Draft proposals, handle contract discussions, and bring deals to closure.
- Monitor account progress and share routine updates on performance.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in IT sales or account management.
- Prior exposure to selling IT infrastructure or data centre solutions.
- Strong capability in relationship building and account expansion.
- Sound knowledge of the Central Region market.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage several accounts at once.
- Preference for candidates who speak Arabic.
