Role Overview
The IT PMO Manager based in Jeddah will be accountable for setting up, tracking, and improving project governance across initiatives and value streams. This position is focused on bringing structure, visibility, and control to planning, reporting, risk handling, and delivery follow-up so that leadership can make well-informed decisions and commitments are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and put in place governance models for project oversight, tracking, and reporting.
- Organize planning rhythms, milestone management, and follow-through on execution.
- Maintain uniform ways of working across value streams and serve as a PMO best-practice reference.
- Bring together progress updates, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
- Prepare clear and structured stakeholder reporting aligned with business priorities.
- Protect the accuracy and reliability of reporting data and help raise reporting standards over time.
- Spot cross-stream risks and dependencies and evaluate how they may affect delivery.
- Lead mitigation actions and escalate issues when necessary to avoid delivery setbacks.
- Support teams in managing interdependencies and risks in a proactive manner.
- Enhance tools, templates, and operating practices to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Promote project management good practices and help strengthen the operating model.
- Support process improvements and cross-functional alignment as a change enabler.
Candidate Profile
- A degree in Business, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is expected.
- Previous experience in PMO, project support, or program support environments.
- Solid exposure to reporting, governance, and planning activities.
- Comfort working with several teams and stakeholder groups at once.
- Strong analytical thinking and organizational ability.
- Experience in digital or IT settings.
- English fluency is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
